I'm trying to separate the inner and outer membranes of a marine vibrio strain. I am having trouble getting good separation. I think it is because of the Mg concentration, but I'm not sure how to get around it. I was wondering if anyone out there has a protocol for this, or knows where I can get one. Thanks, Chuck Lunney.
