Good inexpsensive (< $2000) CCD camera for fluorescence microscopy ?

I'm looking for a basic CCD camera for use with a microscope for
visualization.  I'd like something that might also be usable for data
collection of fluorescence from biological cells.  What is a good CCD
for say < $2000 with good sensitivity and linearity.  Control of
integration time (to say 1 sec) would be nice.  I've been looking at
the Pulnex TM-745.
