Recuperation of yeast

I am studiing the recuperation of yeast in fermentation of sugar. I am
knowing we can used a disc-stacks centrifuge for this but I would like
to know the process more exactly ( when we must centrifuge, with wich
centrifuge.... ). So, if anybody have information about this, you can send
