help: growth rates of food poisoning bacteria

I am looking for information on the growth rates (vegetative
multiplication) of various bacteria at different temperatures (assuming pH 
approx neutral, water activity approx 1.00 and well fed!).

Of specific interest are:

Salmonellae  enteritidis/typhimurium
Clostridian perfringens
Staphylococcus aurens
Escherichia coli

and of lesser importance

Bacillus cereus/subtilis/licheniformis
Vibrio parahaemolyticus
Yersinia enterocolitica
Aeromonas hydrophila
Streptococcus spp.

Any information, suggestions of sources and published research welcome,
with thanks in advance.
