I'm a student in biotechnology in France Marseille, and I currently
work on the bacteria serracia marcescens.
For my studies I need to have some information about it's ability to
grow in a continuous cultivation (the best Dilution rate, and how long
it's possible to keep the culture).
The main topic of my subjet is the possibility of chitinase production
(in an industrial scale) by this bacteria.
Actually the best way for this seems to be a production in a continious
culture in a two-phase system (ATPS =acquaous two-phase system)
