Does anyone know the relation of the content of Cytochrome P450 to other cytochromes in bacteria, especially in Pseudomonas putida? I want to isolate Cytochrome P450 from P.putida and need to know, how the other bacterial cytochromes interfer the purification. Many thanks for all answeres!
