Can any one help? I'm looking for a simple, cheap selective medium with common lab ingredients useful in the isolation of Micrococcus roseus. I'm having my students study Koch's postulates using M. roseus injected into the haemocoel of cockroaches, from which, of course, they'll reisolate the little guys. Thanks a lot!
