Is it possible to clear plasmids from A.tumifaciens?

I have a wild type strain of Agrobacterium tumifaciens and was wondering if
it is possible to remove all plasmid DNA while leaving bacterial
housekeeping DNA intact or if any one has protocols for homologous gene
insertion in 200,00bp wild type A.tumifaciens genome. Any thoughts are
appreciated.
