Greetings, I am looking for a commercial source of the enzymes kappa-carrageenase and chitosanase. I have checked the usual sources, but I have had no luck. Would anyone happen to know of a source of either or both of these enzyme. I would appreciate any assistance. Thanks in advance Robert Stewart
