Some of E.coli are known in poultry to cause disease (spticemia, respiratory pathology...). The most frequent serotypes are O1K1, O2K1 and O78K80. Is there anybody who has information about virulence factors for the poultry? In particular, how to find a E.coli that isn't O1,O2 or O78 but that is pathogen?
