Hi, I'm trying to purify RNA from a Gram - bacteria. I'm using a protocol from the Maniatis but it seems that I got a lot of genomic DNA and a few RNA... DO you know some kit or some really good methods to do that? I would use this RNA to do random RT-PCR, so I really need a RNA of high quality. Thanks a lot, Pascal
