A: A more informative signature is required here, a forename and
"interesting" email address are insufficient  - Company? Institute?
B: What are you planning to do with the material?
C: Do you have the licenses for transporting level 3/4 biological
material? Have you even checked the BioSafety laws? See the European
BioSafety directives if you haven't.
