What is Sakamata Fluid? (Spelling??)

I have been looking for cell preservation and/or fixing fluids and someone
told me about Sakamata Fluid.  I don't know if this is spelled correctly
... it was a verbal reference.  Does anyone know what this fluid consists
of?
