Hi all, We work on the oxidation of arsenic (AsIII) by bacteria. In order to perform rapid screening of numerous strains with such a capacity, we required to identify rapidly on petri plates the presence of AsV. Until now, we must perform the quantification by ICP-AES after separation of the species by HPLC. But, these steps take a very long time. Any idea ?
