Protein Synthesis

This may indeed be a simple question, but I am hoping someone would be kind
enough to answer.
During the translation of the RNA code, when a stop codon is reached, a
special protein called a releasing factor attaches to the stop codon and the
messenger RNA is released from the ribosome.
My question is: "From where does this special protein originate from?"
I would greatly appreciate it if any one can enlighten me on this subject.
