I've just analyzed some cornmeal and Dandelion Root to see what kind(s) of
sugars they contain for a Biochem lab. I need to know what kind of sugar
could be a disaccharide, reducing, and a ketose. It's NOT glucose, sucrose,
maltose, fructose, sorbitol, galactose, or lactose. Any ideas? Please email,
