Looking for informations about two micro-organisms

I am a French student in Food sciences and I would be very keen if Someone
could give some informations about the following micro-organisms :

Enterobacter (pantoea ) agglomerans 

and specially Apiospora montagnei

I'm trying with difficulty to find its
- charectics
- means of detection 
- culture environment 
- means of prevention, elimination
