I have been isolating these two Enterococcus species from pig faecal samples as part of a project to monitor changes in the gut flora. Can anyone tell me an accepted figure for the relative proportions of these two in pigs? If not, where should I look for this information? Thanks in advance for you help! Andrew Pridmore
