Acinetobacter plasmids

Hi

I´m interested in isolation of Acinetobacter plasmids. I have already tryed
some technics (Kado and Liu; Birboin, and two commercials kits*) but I did
not obtained good results. Deficient lysis? Electrophoresis conditions? I
have used for a gel of 10 cm long, 80 V, in TBE buffer.

Is any one have experience with this bacteria and extraction of plasmids?
What am I doing wrong?
