why is H. Pylori suddenly an issue?

Moreaccurateky, the 'group' consisted of one medical student and his
supervisor. The discovery came about because plates were left in the
incubator over an Easter long weekend!! I believe that these organisms had
been seen in biopsy specimens since around the turn of the century.
