Hi there, I realize this isn't a microbiology question but I can't find any newsgroups (in English) concerning cellular biology. My question is what is the difference between hydrolyzed protein and unhydrolyzed protein? What about between hydrolyzed nucleic acids and unhydrolyzed nucleic acids? Thank you for your help, Andrea
