I am doing an experiment to see whether certain antibiotics affect B. subtilis. It involves measuring the diameter of the zone of clearance. Would I be right in thinking a t-test could be used to analyse 2 of the 8 samples? But my main question is what statistical test could be used which incorporates all the samples? Thanks, N. Davies
