Best Way To Detect EBV In Tissue?

Hello,

Does anyone know the best way to detect EBV in tissue specimens of
lymphoproliferative disorders?  I've just completed a Medline search,
and many articles seemed to suggest that in situ hybridization was more
sensitive than Southern blotting; however, I could not find any papers
that directly compared the two techniques.  Thanks in advance for any
