Dear All

I have a colleague who is looking for a transposon that carries
antibiotic resistance and that can be used for the insertional
inactivation of a carbohydrase gene of a Gram negative Flavobacterium.

Does anyone have, or know where he can get a Tn5 transposon, or a
similar kind of transposon that could be used for gene inactivation,
which carries an antibiotic resistance gene for any of the following:
tetracycline,
chloramphenicol, erythromycin or ampicillin?

Please send replies to my colleague: david.humphry at sunderland.ac.uk

Many thanks in advance for your help!
