For gram positives, try Epicentre's kits (www.epicentre.com). Sigma Genosys has random oligo kits suitable for RAPD (www.genosys.com) and using them with an RAPD protocol, such as the one for the AP biotech kit, works very nicely (at least on yeast). ---
