Need help finding bacteria that produce water soluble pigments

Cyanobacteria: Anabaena, Nostoc, Plectonema, Phormidium, even
Scynechococcus
They grow slow, but if die fast, bright-blue to deep blue phycocyanine
looks just great. It is water soluble
