I would like anybody to give me some contacts or information about european
food regulation bodies concerning microbiology standards and regulations
regarding fat and oil products (margarine, mayonaisse, salads, dressings).
Therefore, I mean microorganisms that are to be analized and their allowed
number present in mentioned food products.
