Hi everyone I would like to detect the presence of flagella on bacteria, preferentially by fluorescence. Does anyone know of a flagellum specific fluorescent stain, perhaps an antibody that recognises flagella of a variety of species? Thanks in advance Gerhard Nebe-von-Caron
