Looks like M9-ZB is just M9 with sorbitol and betaine added, but no idea why... anyone know why I would want to add these to M9 for protein expression, for instance (I do not want to use LB medium, etc)? Cheers, Dominic North 59 37' 30" East 17 48' 10"
