you don´t test coliforms, you test pseudomonas. They are gram negativ,
but no coliforms.

In COLILERT your Pseudomonas will not grow.
Choose some real coliforms, here in Germany we would use Enterobacter,
Citrobacter, Klebsiella or Serratia
