Hi I checked the MERCK index for you and its doesnt give the extiction coefficient for Benzylpenecillin. It quotes uv max absorbtion values of 252.5 258 264.5 and 268.5 nm. Perhapes if you cant turn up the data you require then you might attempt to create a calibration curve from scratch it hould only take a few hours. Best Des
