Rabies virus

Rabies ( Rabado virus) is complex virus and is encapsulated with a layer of
biological material which I seem to remember is derived from the cell
memebrane of host cell in which the virus was assembled. I understand this
confers some degree of 'selfness' upon the virus thus making immunological
reconition more difficult. A trojan horse if ever there was one.

There may be other factors.
