general methods--ASM

Hi, all

 I was looking for a book from ASM, there is a chapter written by Ron Kaback
(maybe?) about methods of seperating bacteria membranes.    It may be called
something like "general methods", but I am not sure.  Does anybody know the
exact name of this book?  If yes, could you please reply or email me about
it?  Thanks!

By the way, does anybody know a good reference book(s) about seperating
bacterial membranes (especially Gram-)?
