"Their" is a possesive pronoun I think you mean "there" - get a
dictionary.

Yes, just as there are viral pneumonias, pneumococcal pneumonias etc.

No disease is acid fast, diseases arn't even gram postitive or negative
nor can a disease be grown in a laboratory, if you mean are members of
the genus mycobacterim acid fast then the answer is yes.
