	It was mentioned that the "heat shock" protein is one of the
best conserved of all proteins in eukaryotic cells. I am curious about
one thing, however. Exactly what does it do? Its name would suggest
that it protects the cell against side effects of overheating, but
does anyone have any more detail on this subject?
