Plotting Phylogenies on Geological Time

Many requested a follow-up on my interest in a computer program that
would make nice figures of phylogenies against a geological time scale.
No such programs exist but several people mentioned that MacClade
(particularly with a colour printer) could represent this information
in its phylogenies (it also does stratigraphic parsimony).
