I am a graduate student at McMaster University/ Canada. I am interested in the evolution of Mycoplasma. When grwing this very small bacteria I always encounter problems and I find it difficult to isolate enough genomic DNA for my studies. I would appreciate if somebody can provide me some cells of this bacteria or a protocol for growing Mycoplasma. Thanks Mizied
