Divergence Times

I am evaluating several genes for my phylogenetic work using published
sequences (GenBank). I am comparing sequence divergence to divergence
time. I was wondering if any published or electronic compilations of
divergence times are available. I have times for rat, mouse, cow,
human, bird, amphibian, and echinoderm comparisons but would like to
add more invertebrates. If there is nothing readily available I propose
to set up a compilation on the EMBL server that gives divergence times
for all taxa for which complete mitochondrial DNA sequences have been
published (with the aid of members of this newsgroup and systematic
specialists). For the time being, I would be most grateful for additional
divergence times to add to my list.
