genome size in birds

I would be grateful to hear from anyone who knows of a good
estimate of genome size in duck (Anas platyrhynchos).

We have seen quite widely differing estimates. Does anyone
out there working on birds have a reliable number?
Any preferred references?

This is for an estimate of CR1 element abundance in duck.
