Program for tree comparison

If there were a quickie program to read in all the trees, and allow the 
user to define the groups and produce an output file that contains the 
tree and grouping info.  Then that file could be used as input for 
the program to select the comparison options and perform the comparisons 
and make the calculations.  For tree files without grouping information, 
it would be assumed that only one group exists and options and 
comparisons could be selected accordingly.

Something menu driven would be nice.
