are they likely to be large?
Are you using mRNA template or DNA template?

Ad interim, I am persuing actin (well, a 650 bp portion thereof), but
would like another gene.

Quite frankly I am tired of the 18S.  Just too wierd in alignments and
I refuse to delete 1/3 of the data set.
