Homologous Regions in genes...

	I am having the same problem as Adam Marchant in finding homologous
regions of DNA in genes from different species.  I am attempting to build
primers for PCR in an effort to amplify a particular gene from many different
species.  This is for a project which I am working on in my spare time
for a professor of mine who is very interested in chloroplast DNA, so 
I am specifically looking for cpDNA genes...thanks for any help!
