Q: Mutation rate in mtDNA D-loop region

I am looking for any  articles, reviews in which the authors report
measurements or estimations of the mutation rate in the D-loop region, 
I am mostly interested in something like 
estimated mutation rate per site per generation in insects, fish, amphibia,
and mammals.
