This problem is kind of difficult to search on medline.
So perhaps someone out there can help me out
Is there any known example of a promoter for the same gene
giving different expression pattern in mouse and human
ie. the promoter would be expressed in tissues A and B in mouse
but onlyin tissue A in human.
It's complicated I know but any clues would be welcome.
