Bacteria: Spormusa ouata & Thermotoga maritima

Hi, I am student working at McMaster University department of 
biochemistry.  I am interested in DNA sequence of HSP70 of 
Spormusa ouata and Thermotoga maritima for evolutionary study.  However, 
I am having difficulties in growing these two species.  I would greatly 
appreciate any help in obtaining few miligrams of cells or getting 
few micrograms of genomic DNA.
