Printing Trees from PHYLIP

Deskjets can't handle the PCL we generate, apparently because of a
context switch that we do at the beginning and end of the plot file. We
Hope top correct that. Anyone who can recompile out programs could ask
me for the fix, and that would be a good test of it.
The PCX file format which we have in these programs would be readable into
many raster-oriented paint programs. PICT might work too on some vector
oriented drawing programs. But I am not aware of a draw or paint program
that reads PCL.
