Phylip and allozymes

I am about to analyze a set of allozyme data, and are considering using 
the PHYLIP package (UPGMA, neighbor-joining, etc).  Before doing so I 
would like to consult another study that has used PHYLIP for the analysis 
of allozyme data.  Could anyone who knows of such a study, or has done it 
themselves please contact me with a reference, advice, etc.
