Elida,
Try to contact with Janet Thorton at the Birbeck College, University
College of London. Her group have set up a database grouping the folds of
3D structures of proteins. You can find there a 7% of identity between
two proteins (viral and plant) which share the very same structure.
I am not sure about this address: cath at biochem.ucl.ac.uk, but it could be
the right one.
