Try Margaret Dayhoff's old Atlas of Protein Sequence and Structure. She
had tables with rates for many different families of proteins. But please
be aware of the considerable debate on whether molecular clocks run on time
or whether they are only heuristically valuable.
Sincerely,
John
Hi, I am looking for the data of mutation rates of protein families,
like the rate of all known proteases and so on. where can I find it in
publication? Can you help?
Thanks in advance!
