Are you talking about organisms in general, or are you talking about humans?
If your asking whether or not domestication and breeding are natural
occurrences, then I would say that it is an atypical series of events. If
you're asking whether or not humans were evolved by non-random events, my
answer would be No. Humans breed themselves as well as animals, even if
only by social class.
